UMEF and WCF Merging

Hot off the presses:

UMEF and WCF merge into one organization, the World Defence Forces. They will serve the same values as UMEF and WCF, only with higher production and members. Also, a Virtual Airline will be organized into the VR World.

WDF will consist of a Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Army, and Strategic Air Command. UMEF's SAC operations will remain the same, just with larger coverage. With this, we unveil our new mass production of the HAWK-3.2, which is just like the HAWK-III, just with a guidance upgrade.
