In a landmark agreement between Task Force Crimson and the government of Peru, Peru has agreed to give air and naval basing and supporting rights to TFC for the cities of Lima, Callao, and Talara, uncluding Jorge Chavez Int'l, El Pato AB, and the Port of Callao in exchange for licencing and production of various aircraft and naval craft with support from TFC.
