Operations in China

The harbors of Tianjin, Dalian, and Shenzhen are 100% secured. Airbases within striking range have been rendered inoperable. With the help of the local rebels a good percentage of the cities of Dalian, Shenzhen, and Tianjin have been secured. Artillery and Anti-aircraft batteries have been installed and their crew have been given orders to shoot anything with hostile intent on sight.

The following has been declassified:
Operations in Dalian and Tianjin of the past 39 hours. Operations began at 0300 Eastern Time October 24 2010. Dark blue is first 15 hours, lighter blue is past 25 hours. Blue circles are TFC units. Red circles are PLA units. Black circles are CCAF. With the capture of Dalian we can start flying in reinforcements after further SEAD ops

Report- 26 October 2010- Dalian China:


The PLA Army Group 40 is tactically retreating after suffering losses from TFC air superiority over the city and them arriving to late to stop the influx of TFC reinforcements. It is believed the Army Group is going to join with another provincial Army Group to launch a counter offensive to take back Dalian. TFC has declared the southwestern peninsula in Dalian along with the port.

Meanwhile, 2 TFC ships were damaged from Chinese missiles launched from north of Dalian. 80 sailors were killed.

In Tianjin, PLA Army Group 38 is in a deadlock with TFC forces along the limits of the advance of 25 October. Casualty numbers are unknown, but are high on both sides.

As the PLA Army Group 40 tactically retreats, TFC has gained more secured land in Dalian area, except there is a very large area of unsecured area that the Chinese have withdrawn from.

In Tianjin, the basic front line has not changed more than two or three blocks and is stuck in a relative deadlock. It is going against the purpose of trying to not damage anything in major cities.

TFC plans to withdraw within 10 days.

[18 HOUR UPDATE] All combat forces have been withdrawn, non combat police forces and construction workers have stayed behind to disarm the populous and rebuild minor infrastructure.

[20 HOUR UPDATE] Minor riots, PLA has been called in.

[26 HOUR UPDATE] riots quelled.

Within 24 Hours: removal of all combat forces from cities.
Within 2 Days: Withdrawal of police forces from cities as PLA takes over those duties.
Within 3 Days: Beginning of support cycle.
Within 4 Days: Continuation of support cycle.
Within 5 Days: Beginning of drawdown of support as PLA begins taking over responsibility.
Within 6 Days: Continued removal of support as PLA continues to take more responsibility.
Within 7 Days: Continued removal of support as PLA continues to take more responsibility.
Within 8 Days: Continued removal of support as PLA continues to take more responsibility.
Within 9 Days: Continued removal of support as PLA continues to take more responsibility.
Within 10 Days: Complete removal of all support functions. TFC will volunteer an official reconstruction effort.
